		<description>YES, the Gumshoe has it right, and this has been dragging on for years! I was tempted but never bought the stock and given the deep pockets of a Co. like Toyota it could drag out for several more, and the odds of Soloman winning are rather slim. The question is really whether their products or patents can offer any LONG TERM value for shareholders whether they ultimately win the case or not. Seems to me any serious investor should do their &quot;due diligence&quot; on that basis alone and consider any legal settlement as gravy, if it ever happens.</description>

		<description>i lost a ton of money when jonathan kolber and addison wiggan reccomended SOLM in  the emerging capital report I bought more just days before the toyota lawsuit was denied andn bam! 4 dollars down to 50cents.Boy id like to have some of that money back.I was a new investor....so thae lawsuitis still in appeal,huh..well i researched the part in question back then and it seemed that toyota didnt have to do much to prove it had used gthis transmission strategy before SOLM  sao burn me once,my fault..burn me twice?? I wont give SOLM the chance!!</description>
