I was a Skousen subscriber. He has featured ACH before. It made some money for shareholders in past years, (1 year, up 68%, 3 years, up 159% and 5 years, up 803%!)…However, I am glad I got out of it, because year to date it is down 22%, and over the last six months, ACH is down 38%. OUCH!)

It has to be ACH they are the only company from China to go public almost 6 years ago that fits the criteria. Is this the one?

I don’t think its RIO, though Skousen has recommended RIO recently. First, its a Brazilian company, not chinese, PE is nearly 17 (trailing 12 mos), or if you want forward PE it is about 13. Price to book is 5.73 (from Yahoo Finance) and that doesn’t fit either. A possible candidate is ANGGY but I can’t find enough hard facts about them yet.
