		<description>Since light beams cannot be electronically deflected, I don&#039;t know of any way to project video by laser(s) without spinning lenses, prisms and/or mirrors - i.e. heavy hardware that is unlikely to fit into a cellphone. Just look at that color laser printer on your desk to get the picture.</description>
