I’m very new to you and this sleuthing – Very interested in the alternative energy possibilities in the world of investing and very wary also – mostly due to naivete and ignorance of the subject….

Oh yeah that Bayou Bend is my sad story. I spent nights sleuthing and bought before Gumshoe posted his report. I was so excited because the Lundin brothers were involved. It is a loser so far after they hit a dry hole.

Yes, it is Jinshan gold. I sleuthed and bought this in Jan 2007 at $1.20.

Another super winner is a Canadian company Noront(NOT.V). I bought some at $0.58 in mid 2007. End of Feb 2008, it went up to $7.46. This one saved my portfolio which was down 50%. This company has a lot of room to grow as they are still in early stages of nickel exploration in Ontario. Other Canadian companies exploring in neighboring areas are SPQ.V KWG.V, and BMK.V. These are still penny stocks. Price range from $.10 to $.54.
