I'll say Mike! No wonder the indicators are topping out, this is some serious insider selling by anyone's account.

http://finance.yahoo.com/q/it?s=WIND [Skip down to insider transactions, the amount of shares being sold = Net Shares Purchased (Sold)	(17,968,200)]
% Change in Institutional Shares Held	(65.1%)

When did George Yared begin promoting WIND?

WIND may, or may not have potential, but the pre-earnings dismal forecast, and the subsequent beat
back in May shows me 2 things: (1) there's a big gap that still has to be filled back down between $9.00 and $10.50; (2) the insider selling during the first week of June, after the earnings pop, needs more looking into. There is currently some serious short interest, though, but in a down market I don't see any short-covering pouncing.

Certainly true -- I've been known to linger on far too long, myself, out of stubbornness and/or confidence in what the long term will bring for particular companies. Often my stubbornness is rewarded in the long term, but definitely not always.
