Not a windfall for anyone, and certainly no "dividend" for BAS holders ... BAS shares are down a bit, but not precipitously (maybe they didn't exactly love the deal, either). The Grey Wolf directors have pushed hard and claim that there is a large penalty if they drop the merger. I believe it will occur and the $6.70 cash will be paid. Your $30 call is a good idea, and willinfluence my thinking about a BAS purchase.
