		<description>OK, I bit.  I subscribed.  The &quot;Paycheck Portfolio&quot; is the income related portion of the larger Capital &amp; Crisis portfolio.  Chris himself wrote in a recent newsletter that the PP was acting less like a portfolio and more like a kennel - with fleas.  That said, Chris&#039; long-term, value-oriented approach to stock valuation is both educational and entertaining -- not sure I got what was advertized but I don&#039;t regret subscribing at all.</description>

		<description>I had some pgh however when the dividend came it was minus canadian tax.  They need to let you know what is going on here.  Canada gets their money up front.</description>
