Hi Travis,
a press release Wednesday announced that oil was indeed there, albeit with faults in the oil trap which render the project unviable. Atascosa however have said that it was their ommission in not fully informing Vialogy, and are committed to drill a further 3 wells using the software. Also interesting is that Vialogy stand to gain a working interest in any wells drilled using the software, making them potentially more attractive than a simple software provider. Will be keeping an eye on this one.
Cheers, Charly.

Thank you very much Midge and Travis for the reply. I have heard of DRIPS but never got involved in them.

This device that Vialogy has to cut out all the noise and get right down to the good stuff reminds me a lot of the mighty Thinkolator. Thanks to Gumshoe and his handy device, he cuts out all of the noise from the investment newsletters and drills down to where we all wanted to go in the first place.
I may not be in any hurry to buy Vialogy, but I certainly take stock in the Gumshoe. Thanks, Gumshoe!

I expect you're right, Midge -- haven't looked at this one yet, but it does sound like a rehash of the old "801k" teaser concept of investing in DRiPs.
