You might be interested in ETP trading at $27.18 Morningstar rated 5 stars and they value ETP at $70.00 with a buy to $49.00 yielding 13.20%. Third quarter results were up 50% vs same quarter last year. They have a couple strong venture partners in Kinder Morgan and OGE Energy which will help expand pipeline system at a rapid rate. Only problem is the market doesn’t like anything right now but a closet…takes courage to buy into this climate!!
Would someone explain to me why the price of natural gas or oil , for that matter, influences the price of pipe line companies? They keep moving product no matter the price, they get paid for the transportation and these products move without regard for the price. Oil and gas companies bottom line is influenced by the price but not the pipeline. Oil tankers move crude oil around the world without regard for the current price of a barrel of crude.
