You are wrong on several points; diclofenac inhibits plt aggregration and prolongs bleeding time and all NSAID's have renal function black box warnings. As for low dose jusrt how low do we go. I use ketamine all the time and doses below 1-2 mg/kg would have to be 1/10th'd to enable safe use while flying helicoptors and would be toatally ineffective as an analgesic.

The efficacy doesn't have to be better than Ketorolac because it won't have a black box warning and also it was superior from the standpoint of not inhibiting platelet aggregation which both Ketorolac and Aspirin do.

Also, JAV's intranasal ketamine is a very small dose and the military obviously wants the drug because they paid for a lot of the development costs.

Longer term i think the company will explore the use in, breakthrough cancer pain. From some of the studies i have seen, it appears that combining low dose Ketamine with morphine eliminates the side effects of morphine use.

For emergency use it is an interesting drug in the event of catastrophe because emergency response teams could give the intranasal dose without worrying about suppressing someones respiratory system as they would with morphine.

Gumshoe, I do not believe in their CSX baloney. I subscribed to this newsletter some 3 years ago. Most of their picks went bust. The name was something like Penny Stock Fortunes. There was a succession of editors. Before Guenthner took this over, there was another editor who retired to become a Minister. I think how they came up with the example is they look at last year winners. Pick the ones that have different time frames for lows and highs. Then they arrange to buy them in sequence such that your $200 keep going up to a $1M. It is hard enough to pick a stock at its low and sell it at its high. For sure we would all be rich if we can know when to buy low and sell high. Most often our pick never go high but rather down. Then we have to buy and sell one at a time the stocks in their proper time frames. THIS IS EASIER SAID THAN DONE.
