		<description>What makes you think that Cemex can pull it out? I considered them, but their financials look awful, besuides wouldn&#039;t it make sense that China would want to buy its own products?</description>

		<description>Thanks Rog -- do you mean 2008?  Actually, I guess March 08 or March 07 would could been just about the same price, coincidentally, though you would have had a much more dramatic runup in 2007 than you did this past Summer.</description>

		<description>Without Borders originally recommended WCC in March of 2007. If you had purchased then and sold during the climb that occurred over the summer, you would&#039;ve made a nice profit. If you held (last issue I received was December and they were still holding/buying), you lost 40%.</description>
