Recently subscribed reader who is impressed and enjoys your site. Will probably become a paying subscriber very soon. Great work. If you have time maybe you could take a look at tis one:

Our small cap specialist Marc Lichtenfeld has been watching and researching this company for the past 18 months… making sure its technology is as revolutionary as it appears.

Here’s what he found in a nutshell: On June 3rd this tiny company is introducing its new technology – to over 3,500 cellular industry executives – at a ritzy Washington D.C. hotel. This could move its stock and give early-in investors the opportunity to turn every $1,000 invested into as much as $97,260.

In fact, we’re so excited about this opportunity that we are giving loyal Mt. Vernon readers like you, this research FREE.

For years an Illinois-based company worked “underground” – to conceal the technology they were developing – not even building a website.

In short, this company has developed a “universal switch” that will save the cellular industry billions of dollars in costly call relaying charges over the next 10 years... while making dropped calls and “can you hear me” static a relic of the past.

What’s more this company has contracts in place to get paid a “cut” on 85 billion minutes in data and voice calls... that could add $158,000,000 in revenue to its coffers this year alone.

To put it simply, its universal switching technology provides a vital piece of infrastructure necessary to route calls seamlessly between cell phone providers like Verizon, AT&T and Sprint.

Thanks. Here's web site where I got this info:

If you call Reits similar to BDC's then yes, HTS is a high yielding Reit.

http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ta?s=ARCC&t=1y&l=on&z=m&q=l&p=&a=&c=AINV,HTS

HTS is far more consistant, as you can see above, but ARCC has more growth potential over the next few months I suspect.

My wife & I own HTS for obvious reasons.
