back on track here regarding Schiff’s book. Page 246 he says “you can borrow against the equity (in your house), give it to us at Euro Pacific Capital and we’ll invest it in global commercial real estate trusts in Singapore, Austraila, New Zealand, Switzerland, France, the Netherlands or other good markets.” Right! For someone who is supposed to be so prescient he sure didn’t seem to grasp that soon there would be no equity for anyone to borrow against! Although there were a few interesting tidbits in the book it came across to me as one giant promo for his companies services. I would take anything this guy says with a huge grain of salt.
