		<description>I, too, subscribe to Robert Hsu.  I&#039;m not going to buy any XIN.  Instead, I bought CHLN @ $3.29/share.  They have a much cleaner balance sheet, partnered some of their development land, and have a real asset they&#039;re developing.  They IPO&#039;d at $6/share a couple years ago, and just touched it again recently.  As of now, the stock appears to be selling off, but I think that&#039;s more of a buying opportunity.  Any thoughts?  Thanks for your website.</description>
