I'm not going to buy any XIN. Instead, I bought CHLN @ $3.29/share. They have a much cleaner balance sheet, partnered some of their development land, and have a real asset they're developing. They IPO'd at $6/share a couple years ago, and just touched it again recently. As of now, the stock appears to be selling off, but I think that's more of a buying opportunity. Any thoughts?
