		<description>I lived in Hong Kong for 10 years and yes Chinese accounts are very &#039;creative.&#039; Best to look at who is running the company and their link to the Politiburo. Back the sons and daughters of the Politiburo, who are spread throughout industry and such as governors of regions.</description>

And again if you look at what Enron had done to us, what AIG is doing to us as we speak right here in the US, you can ask yourself only one question: What choice do you have?
Anyway, thank you so much for the info. I am going to take a chance, what the heck! Specially when it&#039;s free. What&#039;s more can anyone ask for.</description>

		<description>The rules aren&#039;t that different... except that nobody actually watches while you cheat. No oversight so long as you pay off the right people. Information is power. You get none of either in a Chinese company as a stockholder, employee, customer, etc.</description>
