I have noticed many Chinese companies rising recently. But one must have a good market timing system to be able to enter/exit at the right time.

Consider http://invetrics.com

It covers some of these hot Chinese companies for paid subscribers.

It also has daily DJIA index trading signals that are up significantly so far, and it they are free of charge for individual investors.

Thanks to Slam608 for the tip on TLVT -I will look into it
CTFO is at $10.79 as I write - chart shows huge run up - Hsu claims himself to be a momentum trader. Received in mail today his pitch about his investment funds - one needs $200,000 to join, far beyond what I would risk.

The traffic management system in Shanghai was installed by the Spanish IT company Telvent GIT SA (TVLT) and it's Chinese subsidiary Beijing Blue Coat. BBC was formerly an Chinese SOE. In 2006 Telvent purchased 80% of the company. Telvent is also has installed and controls the traffic management system in more than 20 Chinese cities. It, along with it's partner Beijing Blue Coat manages seaport and airport security in China. Telvent is also a huge player in "smart grid" on a world wide basis. They meter Chinese natural gas pipelines. Again Telvent is involved thru out Asia, Africa, Latin America, North America and Europe. I'm willing to bet they end up a a partner in this undertaking, Hsu's opinion not withstanding. Telvent, not China Transinfo, is th WORLD LEADER in the field.
