I personally think all these "Diet" stocks are a bunch of crap. I got into bodybuilding in the mid 70's before weightlifting was seen as a positive thing. Back when Arnold was a bodybuilder, not a movie star. Back then you read advice from top bodybuilders about such things as workout routines, rest, diet, including calories, protein, fat, and carbohydrates. All these so called "DIET" companies just seem to be spins on the early bodybuilding theories. Don't waist your money paying these rackets, do something like read Arnolds book from the 70,s called "Arnold, Education Of A Bodybuilder" and do some of the things as outlined. That would not include sitting on your ass in front of the TV all the time.

The time to buy this stock was in 2008. The current stock price is way above its 50 day moving average. Use caution here!
