I just picked up some shares of Retail Opportunity Investments Corp. (ROIC) for my personal account — as you might remember from my earlier article identifying this teaser target from about a month ago, I already owned warrants on the shares (which have taken a beating lately). In recent days I’ve had what I thought was a lowball bid offer in on the stock, and it got triggered today. I’ll share more thoughts on this one in the future.
