I didn’t listen, but by your description it is probably a pitch for a ‘build your own solar’ or ‘build your own wind turbine’ kit.
These are usually just a high-priced e-book of instructions and diagrams.
I hate these Videos because one doesn’t know how long they go and at the end, no matter what it is, I am not going to spend a penny to find out what it is. However, I came across this one in the Newsmax and was curious. So I switched it on and I watched it probably for half a minute and turned it off.
