Travis:
What is going on with Sandstorm Gold? Looks like someone is promoting it big time.

  1. I haven’t seen any recent promotions that looked they were touting Sandstorm Gold, but that doesn’t mean the newsletters aren’t actively recommending it (or re-recommending it) to their existing subscribers. It could just be a more gradual awakening of the stock as folks look to the royalty and streaming companies again for their relative stability, and Sandstorm’s earnings are looking up nicely.

The company is certainly less cheap than it was, but it’s still a lot cheaper than Royal Gold on a price/earnings basis, and the news from most of their gold stream miners has mostly been good or at least “on target” in terms of timelines for production and life of mine reserves. Sandstorm remains my largest individual stock holding (both common stock and warrants), and still accounts for the majority of my allocation to precious metals.

Money Map Report had a special report on silver going to the moon. The only gold stock it mentioned was Sandstorm, but it wasn’t in their regular portfolio. Seemed to think it was the gold stock to own though. The silver stocks mentioned were SSRI and AUNFF plus the ETF Proshare Ultra Silver AGQ.

Is House Bill 1314 for real or just another hustle? Social Security is about to cut thousands of benefits? What’s the scam?
