What do you know about Arrakis Oil Recovery and the use of an EPA approved chemical that will release the oil[1] from Bitumen, from the Kentucky area? A joint venture between Peak Concepts LLC and Arrakis Oil recovery LLC. Thr process doesn’t release VOC’s or use water[2], and the sand can be recovered and re-used. Completely environmentally safe!
