I think I might have gotten that as well — I used to write about Smith fairly frequently, back when he was a semi-legit newsletter guy, but now he appears to be just a flack for companies, a stock promoter masquerading as a “investor relations specialist”. Didn’t look at the company, but you’ll rarely go wrong with the basic rule: If a stock is being promoted with a glossy flyer that you get in the mail, it’s junk.
My promo came by E-mail and I agree, it has all the earmarks of a typical “pump and dump” and YES, Tobin Smith appears to have sold out to the dark-side, guess he couldn’t make it as a legitimate stock analyst.
Another red flag is that they used to be called DIGITAL VALLEYS CORP. They used to focused on organizational matters and developing an online help desk customer support system to assist service companies to improve their customer relationship management.
The latest 10Q states that “There is substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. ”
The company is saddled with debt and has little revenue. From the looks of it they are compensating their employees with shares So this might be a way to monetize that.
You nailed it Myron. Tobin has pumped PLSB (Pulse Beverage) and VSUL (Visualant).
About 2 days after the flyers are delivered the dump starts. Thank God for Travis and “Street Sweeper”. How about SNPK for a classic recent example of everyday “news e-mails”?
as one looks at the stock files ( SEC) seems there was a BIG sale of stocks by the insiders.
NOT very attractive either.

Per the glossy, Tobin Smith’s conservative estimate: it will go from 2.50 to 7.50. My advise (and it is free too): Buy all you can now, let CRCL pump it, and then dump it at $5 before these guys do.
I don’t think it ever sees $2.75 again… jmo
Old Toby is a wine expert and that’s about it.
