Simba Energy or Pancontinental Energy the next Africa Oil? I would like to hear what the veterans think of the opportunity of these two drillers.

Pan Continental is offshore while simba is onshore, they both can be as big as africa oil and pancon is partnered with tullow.Right now because of its partnership with apache and tullow ,bg and far i give the edge to pancon.
