Sorry if this has already been discusssed, I just became a premium member a few months ago and searched on Dan Ferris and his 12% Newsleter after watching his video yesterday and wondered if anyone has had any experience with him or his newsletter. He is a member of Stansberry & Assoc. and teased with buying directly from Raven Industries and Paychex. Another deal that sounds too good to be true. Thanks, Craig

I am assuming he is talking about Direct Stock Purchase Plans which allow you to bypass a broker and buy a certain dollar amount of shares a month and let the Dividend reinvest in shares. Usually there is a nominal fee per month but its lower than what most broker charge.

Complete misnomer. The stocks they recommend are for the most part paying approximately a 3% dividend. The 12% is suppose to come from an additional increase in the stock price and/or the dividend increasing over the years so that it then yields 12%on your original investment.

Top notch. Deep understanding of the financial statements. Build core holdings with Dan.
