Blue Chip Growth actual Record?

A recent solicitation from Louis Navellier[1] and his Blue Chip Growth[2] claims a 3-1 ”beating the market” winning record since 1998. Does anyone have the actual buy and sell dates of his ”biggest winners”:
EMC America Movil DEl l Vodafone Nokia Oxy Pet Valero[3] Cisco
Canadian Nat Rec Amgen Home Depot Amazon ??
It looks like he’s cherry picking the biggest winners from 1998 on.
