Has anyone besides me heard of Applied DNA Sciences.
Apparently, they have and exclusive contract with the U S
Govt to mark any and all computer circuitry that any company
that wants to deal with the govt must use their plant DNA
marking system to keep fraudulent microchips out of the military
machine. Planes, etc.

I ecently wrote that I had invested in APDN at .19
I stated that I woud increae my holdings when the shares moved up.
I do not believe in doubling down unless there is an exceptionalreason for decine in share price. I do occasionally trade up if I believe there is room for growth.
An example of APDN in action,:
Robbers held up employees loading an ATM machine in England.
The thieves were apprehended when spending paret of the loot.
The money had been tagged by APDN DNA and was quickly recovered.
The system seems to work. It will be some time before profits are posted,
but this may be a buying opportunity. Always, Due Diligence.
    Bon Chance.

As said Agora is not backing off. Today’s bit of info “last SEC filing, the company has 6 contracts with other businesses — the US Government being a big one. Research they could soon have as many as 42 contracts with other companies – that’s a 600% boost in contracts. ” Annoucement to be made Thursday. If the additional contracts have some big names this could be the beginning.

Results of 16 May ‘announcements’ were nothing spectacular…just reports and discussion of ‘business as usual’. Yeah, they have some big contracts, and it is true (to a point) about having a ‘government mandated monopoly’ on this market niche, and yes, they will eventually post some decent revenues and positive incomes that will actually drive share prices up based on reality (not hype)…..definitely a long-term hold. On the other hand, I’ve noticed that most of Patrick’s recommendations take about 3 years (just a rough average, mind you) from recommended date/price until they actually kick in and pay off (and mostl DO pay off!); based on that, we should see some REAL upward movement (an increase in price that stays increased) in this one some time in the next year.

Any government contracts especially exclusive contracts generally tend to be very positive developments. APDN however still has to prove it can be profitable with it’s contracts and products and general fiscal responsability which is something it has yet to do. To accomplish thus costs have to come down or prices have to go up which may not be feasable. in addition to the govenment contracts dna markings have a bright future with tremendous effort and very very much dedication to marketing, cost-cutting and investments possibly out of APDN’s range. Included in the future can be a new cutting-edge system which can replace the barcode system in addition to it’s security benefit. To accomplish that costs must come down considerably and the markings must be technologically compatable. Currently very few corperations find markings to be a venture at it’s current price (or at all) with the exception of government.

We’ll guys, here we are in 2014. I’m putting together my picks for the year. From the likes of Snowden, or the SilentCircle Black Phone and email security solutions, I firmly believe APDNs time has come. Whether it’s Target stores or a SigmaLabs printer, the APDN technology can be expanded and my knowledge in this field feels like that is now.

I agree with Donald, I am now up to 75,000 shares of apdn. Doubling down soon at .12
started at .19 cents. In the long run I think we could retire on this stock.
In the past year, they have grown, which is taking up their profits. At least they are getting
many contracts now. Mostly in clothing, marking money etc.
With all the crap going on in our country, This could turn out to be a great stock.
I haven’t been able to find any close competitors. Has anyone else.

In my opinion, be very cautious with this company. Pump & dump newsletters have been touting it for many years. Look at its 5 year price history: https://finance.yahoo.com/echarts?s=APDN+Interactive#symbol=APDN;range=5y
It has gone nowhere. I have been following this for almost that long and the promises of contracts have been floated every several months. I agree that the science and technology seem interesting and promising….. but show me the money! The temporary jump in price was when Agora started recommending it. When the resultant buying died down, so did the price. Be careful . . and realize this should be considered gambling money that you could afford to lose. I hope I am wrong…..
