I received a video about the upcoming downfall of our country and the Mayflower Maneuver was the way to protect yourself. Of course you had to subscribe to the service to find out what is. Has any one heard about this latest video from Navellier?
Also True Wealth is touting, The Greatest Currency Trade of the Next Ten Years. Any info about what this is?

I am interested in this as well. Maybe a WSD Insider could give us a tip on whether it seems plausible or not.

The redrawn map of the US they are using as a big selling point, obtained from an undisclosed source, could very well be exactly what they say it is, a back up plan in case of financial meltdown. And to be honest, I am glad someone has created a backup plan.

Meanwhile, Twitter is going public and the Markets Move ON! If you can’t get in on the IPO, you might want to consider SVVC, The FirstHand Fund for several New Companies. FB and others are already included. It is suggested that SVVC has shares of Twitter, pre-IPO. Correct, Travis?

I predicted Google’s success as most did and told everyone I knew to buy all they could. I didn’t have any thoughts or feelings on Facebook. I do however see Twitter going the way of Facebook, the wrong way. Even faster and further taking even more peoples retirements. As for the map and predictions… I see it. Not sure what I can do about it, but I see it. As for believing this is the answer,.. these videos (I’ve seen many also) make me curious and seriously suspicious. Is it just someone else sucking the life out of people selling information? Or, is there some legitimacy to their so called solutions.

I am a little suspicious of the Mayflower Maneuver. If it’s all going to crash, which I believe could very possibly occur, why does the video try to sell their magazine for a two-year subscription? Since, according to their information, this crash is supposed to occur in November of this year (2013), wouldn’t it be foolish to spend any money on their magazine, and certainly not for a two-year (or more) subscription?

Concerning Mayflower Maneuver, After reviewing the video and reviewing there plan here’s my thoughts. They claim America will go bankrupt and they have a map of America and the states gone and other states terminated. At the end of the program they are requesting $49.95 from your credit card only to join a 1 year newsletter. They claim if you invested $100 last year and reinvested you would have $1 million dollars today and if you invested $10,000.00 you would have profited over $8 Million dollars. What good is all that money if the dollar is going to collapse like they tell you right from the beginning and through out the video? It’s just another way to take your hard earned money today and that’s how they get rich… Good Luck.

Ken can you contact me with respect to what you have read? My email is
I am frantic over what is happening to America. There are other maps very similar on You Tube. I was angry at first to see someone conjecturing about what will be; however, there are other maps making this forecast. MY QUESTION IS SO WE MAKE MILLIONS WITH THE MAY FLOWER PLAN, THEN WHAT DO YOU DO WITH WORTHLESS DOLLARS?? GOLD AND SILVER ARE THE ONLY STABLE ELEMENTS IN HISTORY.
I live in NJ one of the states that will be eliminated. I have two daughters in NY which is to be eliminated. There will be chaos; the reason for the FEMA Camps.

I am currently living in Poland. I’ve been here 10yrs. Not speaking fluent Polish I have no interest in Polish TV, therefore I spend most of my days in front on the internet watching what is happening at home. The US. I’m a news junkie and come from a conservative perspective. I don’t say republican or democrat anymore. There are no such animals.

I am also a conspiracy analyst. I don’t say theorist because there is no such thing anymore. Too many of them have come to fruition in the last few years. Ie. The Bilderberg group. They denied their existence for years yet now they have their own website with official meeting announcements. “Founded in 1954, Bilderberg is an annual conference designed to foster dialogue between Europe and North America.”

They’ve been around since ’54, the internet has been around since the early 80’s if not the late 70’s and their lastest meetings as shown on their website goes back to 2011.

            In a nutshell…
The ultimate goal here is to ‘take back control’ of the people. Before American became a free land of free people all countries and civilizations were controlled and run by families. Kings, Queens, Dictators(families). From the moment there was a ‘free society’ there has been a concerted effort to ‘get those people back under control’ and the final stages are coming to fruition. I don’t need to go into all the individual ‘scandals’ both in the financial and war sector going on at the moment but, when you ‘read the whole book’ and add in the Bilderbergs and the Illuminati, which is by the way the main reason for all the black rioting happening around the country, you can see the bigger picture.

I suggest everyone research these three things… Bilderberg and the history of the FED, Illuminati and mind control and Black on white injustice or black on white riots (created by the Illuminati and violent rap music)….Then you search out Alex Jones and watch some of his crap. Ya…I was a A.Jones guy. Loved his stuff and then thought, why isn’t this guy dead? Because he’s one of them. The Bilderberg group has a solid footing now. They know that they are at a point where they can’t be stopped and the internet has exposed them so they may as well come ‘clean’, sort of. Alex Jones is now the one to get the people up in a riot and start the civil war against the government. What he’s telling you is all true about them and the oligarchs and they want it out there because it’s time to bring the plan together. They want this collapse and the rioting and demise of the free people. The government is prepared. They bought up all the ammo. They’ve got the tanks and armored vehicles. Hell, they’ve already set up your new campsite. After all, we Americans go camping on the weekends, why not call it a Fema Camp.

Where to go? What to do? A third world country at this particular time in history. India is looking good right about now. Their country is on a boom. Countries where their currency has no value and people work for peanuts. Those are the economies that are thriving, because the labor is cheap. How long will this economical and worldly shift last… Only Gods knows and if you know his son Jesus then you’ve got nothing to worry about.

Think about this…God tells us not to ‘become of this earth’ yet every single thing we have ‘literally’ came from this earth. We built empires right out of the ground and now it is all unwinding.

God Bless everyone and good luck to you and your family.

You have a lot of it but not all. There will be a North American Union and currency. Our borders are fluid now for a reason, sinister. A new world order will rise and take over world religions for a state controlled one. There is a targeted breakdown in all institutions, marriage etc. There is a push to allow all manner of feel good immorality to seduce the people and to change them. There are attacks on the good and truthful which discredits them and makes the lie the new truth. Abortion isn’t murder its healthcare, its a choice, freedom or a right. Homosexuality isn’t deviant behavior, we are born that way or can dabble, but no way can you be cured of it! Make that threat illegal such as in California. Those who want to follow the constitution are right wing conspirators not patriots! Those who want responsibility and no handouts without work effort are portrayed as a bigot and racist. Whatever happened to “Do not ask what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country”? Or help others help themselves, or help and teach a person to farm so he can feed himself instead of give him food only so he is dependent.
i can go on and on. Plan to overextend our military until it is weakened and defeated. New law that allows military to operate against civilians when constitution is against. Arming IRS and other agencies to self police, very scarey! Time to come back to the Lord if you are away and to be protected as in Noah’s day or Moses. Research that and be at peace all. May God have mercy and show us the way.

It would be hard to answer the question since no one has bothered to define the “Mayflower Maneuver ” but judging by all the wacko birds that came out for this thread it’s probably not worth knowing about anyway.

Tom, Dick and Harry’s comments have everything to do with this blog. If you watch the video you learn the government is about to collapse, dah. Anyone who’s been paying attention knows that. The issue is why has our government allowed things to get so pathetic that a collapse would even be allowed. Well Obama has mandated that cash be printed at record levels, IMO, to purposely collapse our economy for one reason and that’s to allow the government more control. It’s a fundamental concept that you can’t spend your way into economic prosperity and that’s what Obama is telling us he’s trying to do. To make matters worse, I’ve recently read that the government will soon implement plans to eliminate the use of cash under the guise that the government can then reduce expenses and help pave the way to a quicker recovery. That’s all fine and good except the real purpose is to allow Big Brother more control. It’s coming, the Bible clearly states that it’s coming, and honestly I don’t think there’s anything any of us can do about it. I will add this from a book I just read:

              Peter Schiff suggests the following:
              1. Invest in foreign countries such as India, Hong Kong and Singapore.
              2. Stock up on food and water supplies
              3. Purchase gold and silver and TAKE DELIVERY OF IT
              4. Stock up on ammunition that can be used to barter with.

It would be fallacious to automatically equate that they are selling you a news letter with the information not being worth about 4 dollars a month. One good idea could easily pay for it. Am I saying don’t be skeptical? No, not at all. I’m just saying to not automatically dismiss it, It might be worth it considering that people are stingy with really good information any more because that’s the age we live in. We certainly know things are not wonderful when people trust the president of Russia more than the POTUS.

From the comments I’ve read so far it sounds like most of these people have been duped already. Maybe they were just born dupy? I have spent a good deal of my career in sales, and I know when I’m hearing a scam pitch. I’ll bet that most of these commenters also give at least 10% of their earnings to evangelists. If they really want to know what’s happening to their money they should google “evangelist scams” to see how many of their heroes have been convicted of fraud. I guess some people will believe anything that feeds their paranoia.

The Mayflower Maneuver is a bunch of BS, enough to gag a maggot.
The are apparently unaware of constitutional laws and procedure.
All currency essentially is based upon the confidence of the public no
matter what country. In this age the gold standard is meaningless,
if any major and highly developed country had all the known gold
reserves it still wouldn’t make that country’s economy foolproof, the thing is
all the gold in the world could not come close to cover the debts of the major countries.
Although the U.S. government is running a deficit, its not going to flop anytime soon.
If you count up the assets of this country (land, clean water, timber, ore, coal, minerals,
oil reserves) it would dwarf the country’s debt a thousand fold.
I wonder if the ones pushing this Mayflower theory believe in the tooth fairy or are they con artist.

The assets have already been sold to China.
Search “Obama sells America” There’s even a video of the first town all meeting done a couple of months ago. Sort the ‘ground breaking’. Here’s the China City meeting I mentioned. from May.

It’s coming… the end of a free society. How long will it take? No one knows. One thing we do know is, it’s coming.

            Sep 17 2013, 11:15:56 pm

You’re silly that video is about a bunch of Chinese millionaires who are investing in buying US property and the visa they have to apply for requires a HALF-MILLION DOLLARS to be invested in low-employment US areas, basically they are doing a tremendous service to the US economy. Things like that project are basically a sneaky way of getting China to hand the USA back all the money they slaved so hard to earn by working as slaves for US consumers making cheap products for hours and hours on end.

Any city can do a project like this. It’s not some fed idea. If it had been a bunch of rich Frenchmen creating a “French city” you wouldn’t be complaining about a “takeover”. China doesn’t need to takeover the USA, it needs to STOP it’s rich wealthy elite from settling down in the USA with projects like this or else all the wealth it’s labourers slave to create is just funneled to the same people (America) who receive all the products. Basically you get all the products of China, AND America gets back all the money when the owners of that company move to the USA and spend all their money here.

If China STOPS projects like this and keeps the wealth of it’s businesses inside it’s borders, within 30 years China’s economy will be double the size of the US economy (which means it’s military could spend twice as much and remember Chinese military spending goes much farther because it’s labour is a fraction of the cost).

Glad I stumbled onto this site. I appreciate good reading and well founded commentary. I have been making a move out of the US dollar for months now. Been slowly converting my savings into Silver and Gold. My goal is to convert all the paper dollars in my long term savings to precious metals so that when the dollar tanks, hyper inflation sets in, the value of precious metals will rise with it, which will offset the dollar devaluation. Converting paper dollars into silver and Gold, is in my view, buying insurance.

If the past is any indication of the future, then I’m fairly certain the buying power of the dollar will continue to fall just as it has over the last 30 years. Case and point, In 1979, I bought a new cherry red corvette for $16k. Stopped by the Chevy house a few weeks ago. Checked out a beautiful 200mph black beauty with a sticker price of 100k. Wife wouldn’t let me test drive it 🙂 grin

Even if somehow a miracle happens and “We The People” end up getting it together, overcoming the corruption in our country, get back to real morals, integrity, and actually save the USA from this predicted horrible fate. At that point, I will begin converting some of my silver and gold back into paper dollars of which the return will be far greater than just letting my hard earned savings melt away in a savings account. Not to mention, if the US dollar completely tanks like the confederate dollar, whatever the future currency is at that time, I will have silver and gold to buy whatever of that currency I want. I see buying silver and gold this as a good protection plan.

      • Jonathan
        Sep 17 2013, 11:03:36 pm

The problem with gold and silver while LIVING WITHIN THE USA. Is the USA is a communist country with a precedent of communist seizures of assets.

FDR back in the 1930’s banned “gold hoarding” and seized all the gold of private citizens, making gold ownership illegal and seizing it. It wouldn’t be difficult for Obama to do the same, demonize “gold hoarders” and seize their gold.

        • Jonathan
          Sep 17 2013, 11:05:26 pm

Although silver was never banned or seized, and is far less likely to be targeted (and far more difficult to seize in large quantities because it’s cheaper and thus larger amounts could be had, and also because it’s already widely used in silverware and other things a government couldn’t seize without controversy).

So don’t store gold, store silver. Besides, silver has more room to grow price wise, and has vastly more uses industrially speaking.

But ultimately, the best insurance plan is to leave the USA. In addition change your citizenship to one of the dozens of countries with no income tax. In so doing, you take your money OUT OF THE SYSTEM. Stop propping up the system.

I moved to Asia, you can get citizenship in one of the countries without income tax and then RESIDE anywhere you want, with no taxation (although some countries tax residents after a certain number of months so you have to shuffle around to truly be tax-free).

I haven’t looked at the investment ideas teased by the WSD folks for the “Mayflower Maneuver”, but the elimination of states and the sectionalization of the US are pretty much poppycock — the map they tease is pretty much just the FEMA administrative map (FEMA’s work is dividend and managed by region). States are in trouble, but it’s nearly constitutionally (and politically) impossible to add or subtract a state from the Union.

The weakness of the dollar because of Federal Reserve’s long-term policy of extremely low interest rates is an obvious and well-anticipated eventuality, but has not yet come to pass because the power of the Fed to inflate the economy is not enough to overcome the lack of confidence among consumers which has failed to boost consumer debt again — consumer debt is really where “new” money is created quickly in fractional reserve banking. And the math would have also given you absolute clarity that the 10-year bond was a ridiculous bet at a 4% yield in 2007, since which it has tickled 1.5%.

I expect the dollar to have substantially lower purchasing power in ten years than it does now, because the pressures on it will be enormous — but there aren’t currently any other major currencies that could take its place that are anywhere near large enough or stable enough to do the job as “reserve currency” for the world, and the likelihood of eventual serious inflation after this long of a low-rate period seems obviously to be very high.

But certainly nothing of that ilk will happen by October 15, as the pitch teases — that’s just silly. What we’re likely to see is a weak stock market and falling interest rates if the government shuts down or teeters on the edge with the next debt ceiling debate. And a continuation of the liquidity-fed boom, and a slight easing of the liquidity, if the government comes to an early agreement on the debt ceiling. If that happens, the boom can’t last forever but we’re merely at expensive levels in the market, not bubble levels, so predicting exactly when it will stop is a fool’s game.

Travis, why do you even bother to answer these ignoramuses? Obviously they don’t understand anything about markets, finance, economics, how governments work, or even the U.S. Constitution if they’re willing to believe the B.S. in that Mayflower ad. But apparently there are enough fearful suckers in this world for Mr. Basenese to make a comfortable living. BTW, if he knows how to make $8 million on a $100 investment, why is he still selling newsletters? I really feel sorry for these people. I can just see them cowering under their beds or hiding in their closets waiting for the boogeyman to pounce.
