Very likely Vringo, though I haven’t looked at them very closely — they’re a “patent troll” or a “patent investor”, depending on which side of their lawsuits you’re on, and they’ve won a suit against Google but I have no idea whether it will remain in appeals for years and drain Vringo’s funds or actually turn into a blockbuster settlement.
