written by reader Best passive way to keep up with particular stock-related news?

Hi Travis and Fellow Readers,
I am looking for suggestions as to news aggregators or other automated ways to keep up with news about my particular stocks and key competitors I designate without my having to do so many google searches and scrolling through so much stuff everyday — which I don’t have time to do anyway. My TD Ameritrade account provides only limited news feeds and doesn’t cover many of my stocks. I have Windows 7 PC and several Android devices, no Apple. What do you folks use to keep up with your stock news?

Thanks in Advance!

Hi there – I’m a UK based investor and for my US stocks use the e-mail alerts section on the , “Seeking Alpha” website , which I find useful and allows me to remain informed – I receive the alerts primarily on my Nexus 4 Android smartphone , which works well for me. I have the , “Seeking Alpha” app loaded on my phone and alerts are pushed to me automatically , which is very helpful , as the phone is with me at all times. I access the , “Seeking Alpha” website via my Windows PC / IPad primarily.
    Hope this helps.

Build portfolio on Yahoo and you will see all updates under headlines daily including Seeking Alpha. I would not just read updates from them because you don’t know who wrote the report. Market watch is another I like.
