On January 1, 2014, dozens of new tax laws – many of them a result of Obamacare – will blindside millions of American taxpayers.

They include hikes in capital gains and dividend taxes… an increase in the ”death tax”… phase-outs of key deductions and credits… and many more provisions now buried in the 72,000-page U.S. tax code.
