I’ve noticed that you have deducted $410.08 Aust $ from my bank account. I didn’t say yes to continuing membership, so I would like to have the money returned to my account please. You deducted my account in the 21 July 2016. I can’t afford to continue the membership.
I don’t want to continue receiving information either.
Can you please confirm that you will return my money asap.
