Eisenhower Trusts / 12% yields

Nathan Slaughter[1] is teasing a type of real estate[2] investment called ’Eisenhower Trusts’ that yields 12% or more.
Any thoughts?

I don’t think we’ve ever looked at specifically which one he might have liked, but “Eisenhower Trusts” are just REITs.
1. They do exist.
2. They span into all facets of big business REIT s included
3. Only accessible to the wealthy.
