I continue to be cautious about Nagacorp — they have many big capital investment projects on the horizon, including more expansion of Nagaworld and a potential project in Russia, and competition continues to grow in Asia… but that’s been true for a couple years now and they keep finding new ways to get gambling revenue growing, whether it’s from slot machine expansion or public visitors (tourists to Cambodia) or VIPs on junkets (another investment is charter flights for VIPs from Macau and elsewhere and a new terminal at the airport). I wouldn’t bet against them, and I don’t own the shares personally, but if you worry about protecting profits my impulse would be to sell a portion and let the rest ride — they are still reasonably valued with a PE in the teens, and they pay a solid dividend of 4-5% or so.
