First [over] heard talk aboot this company while in an ’eatery’ in our original Sin City, Las Vegas, NV. Five Gents were discussing a possible Reverse merger, if the $$$ could be raised to do so [this was back in late 2013].
Any-hoo–! Something a-kin to: YAHOOOOO! Lo-n-behold—, [just before I became a “Gen-u-wine-, Paid-up-, ‘Irregular’ ” (does that mean ODD ? / does mean Bran-New)]-; I read in my ’TSX/TMX News’ aboot a reverse-merger between the same 3(?) companies that I over-heard in the eatery, in Vegas.
Company # 1: Lomiko Metals Inc. (TMX-TSX-: LMR VENTURE) (OCTQX-: LMRMF). Company # 2: Matnic Resources Inc. (TMX-TSX-: MIK). AND NOW the ”Interesting” part of this trio!! Company # 3 is ”GRAPHENE 3-D LAB”, a non-public Lab with Patents on use of GRAPHENE in 3-D Printing.
Since 3-D Printing is quite the ”ITEM” these days, it all got my ATTENTION (?) !
But, I also thought aboot all you other odd, I mean ’Irregulars’, and how you might be interested in checking all this oot. Thoughtful. A?
