I believe the Ebola crisis is real. It has reached Pandemic proportions parts ofAfrica.
They are not prepared for such a virulent, fast spreading disease.
We lack an early diagnostic procedure. As more cases surface in the US and Europe,
superficial, but hopefully effective precautions will be mandated.
One such action will be to mandate gloves to be issued to all crew and passengers
on selected flights. Although the realistic efficacy of this will be indeterminate,
the psychological effect will be considerable.
The belief that the powers that be are taking this seriously and actively taking measures
can be positive. This not a suggestion for action, rather an anticipated procedure.
