This is a company I think many of you may find very interesting. I know I did when I first talked to Atul (CEO) back in April (2014) for the first time. But first I would like to say thank you to all our vets today and to Travis for donating some of my membership fees today for the vets as well. Nicely done! On to Snipp Interactive.
Snipp Interactive is a premium small technology company listed on the Venture exchange in Canada under the symbol spn. It also trades on the OTC market under snipf. They have filed all their audited paperwork along with the 20-f registration form on October 23, 2014 with the SEC and it is available for review on Edgar if any one is interested. Snipps organic growth has been big for 10 straight quarters now but they have so much more going for them at this point than just that. Their technology and the ability to scale the business along with offering customers a full suite of solutions is quickly making them the go to guys in the growing mobile industry! Partners and customers are really ramping up recently as their products are really gaining traction. This is not a fad or a fly by night company. They have an incredible team put together and have recently hired a couple more digital advertising experts that want to be involved with Snipp. That in itself is really saying an awful lot about the current team that they have assembled and their potential moving forward considering they are a very small company at this point.
One of their many main solutions is a Unique and image based receipt validation. This is quickly replacing the old rebate forms that we used to cut out and mail in. The data that the advertising and selling companies get from these receipts is almost invaluable in targeted marketing. Much more effective and different than the stuff you see on facebook/twitter and ads on websites because this is personalized to the city, store and items and the customer itself. Really, really interesting stuff. Take a minute to think about the possibilities with that information.
I have tried the system about six times in all for a variety of things from minute maid lemonade at Walmart to lotions (skin products) at Walgreens. And it has worked like a charm just taking a picture of my receipt and sending it in by text to get my free e-card or whatever the offer is. I am telling you, they are on to something because it spans so many categories and uses and it’s personalized. Not just some phantom random ad click.
Their customers are powerhouses in retail. Fortune 500 and many more in between. This is worth a look for you speculators. I believe they are going to be huge and quickly. After trying it the first time, I started buying shares in their company right away. I bought some more a couple weeks ago at .32 cents and will keep adding as they continue to perform and grow. Check their website at http://www.snipp.com and see the customers they have been working with and then check their investors section and their latest presentations which was updated on November 5, 2014. You will be impressed. Let me know your thoughts on them good or bad as I always like to hear about companies that I am invested in. Happy Veterans day to all of you have served this great country!

Thanks for submitting an idea! I’ve never heard of them, but perhaps I’ll take a gander at their financials.

Thanks for responding Travis. Hopefully a few others will notice this small company who is really ramping up their business. This is a really unique situation in a very fragmented market of mobile. They have spent quite a bit in the last year continuing to build out their platform as their customers have grown and every bit of that money has paid off. No debt and a couple million in cash at this point with lots of upside. I first came across this small company thru rickackerman.com which I have been reading and participating for years. Al Korelin…kereport.com also is helping them with their 20-f filing so they have interviews and information on Snipp as well. I am sure you will like what you find.

Funny Erin. Ricks’ page came across on my Tweetdeck so I clicked on it. Unfortunately I am like a fly to a buzzer when it comes to seeing micro cap stocks so I noticed the sub 1$ on Snipp so I looked it up. I am not a Rick Subscriber nor do I plan to be one but I did go to Snipps website. Looks really interesting but so did VELTI’s stuff in the mobile world. Velti is now Bankrupt. I would be interested in learning more about Snipp as I am a believer in Mobile and their approach does seem solid. Not sure were to start in the valuation other than their product seems cool. I always worry about barriers to entry. Do you know if they hold any patents before I start my DD. Travis any help in valuing these companies.

Thanks for checking in s.s…. I have played in penny stocks on the venture exchange for more than 25 years and we all know only a fraction of those companies ever make it. Buy and hold these startups and you can say goodbye to your money. What I think makes Snipp unique at this point is the technology and the team that they have is so superior to anyone else. I have been invested with them since April of this year and I have seen the platform build out evolve and I have talked to the CEO while it was happening and I have seen the vision he put forth really start paying off. From what I understand, the things they do are extremely difficult to make work and make work well. When advertising veterans who have already made it in the advertising (digital) world start moving too a company like Snipp, something is happening there and I want to tag along for the ride. These people will bring connections, experience and business into Snipp. Snipp also worked with big brand names before these new people got there so they are very talented themselves. That to me says quite a bit about Snipp. Most companies can’t even get their foot in the door with the big guys. I would suggest calling Atul (CEO) and see if you can get on a call with him. These guys are well educated and are incredibly smart and humble. Just my two cents but I am seeing things here from a small company that I have not seen in a very long time. Technology changes very fast these days and mobile is becoming a huge part of that future with many years of explosive growth ahead. I am gonna stick with the leaders in their perspective groups like Snipp… Good luck to you!

Thanks Mags. I appreciate the thoughtful insight. I have some friends in the programmable ad space looking into Snipp for me. As I said from the webpage the product looks unique and fills a niche and I love the mobile space.

Its really too bad no one here is interested in this small company as they continue on the road to a big board listing. Just look at what they continue to do with the big brands.

Travis, Should I stop posting company updates here seeing no one is really interested in Snipp? I Don’t want to waste space on your great website.
