Ruby-A is derived from the herbal sweetener, Stevia. Not sure who holds a patent.

It’s a farce!!! He only wants you to buy his subscription! Williams, and all the others, use half truths to lure you in to buy their penny stock research, so he can pay for his time and look up more bogus waste of our time penny stocks!

Mr Williams indicates that the company holds Patent #20110X858867.
Bad information!!. If you go to
http://patft.uspto.gov/netahtml/PTO/srchnum.htm
to do a patent search, you will be advised from the governments website that the patent is 7 digits long. Try to find the patent using any combination of those number and you won’t find it.

could it be Coke or Cargill? according to this article, they jointly did 24 patent applications dealing with Stevia

Not likely Coke or Cargill. Didn’t they suggest the stock was under $10?

I am thinking it may be ARNA. A starting place while walking through the woods might be an article put up in SeekingAlpha. http://seekingalpha.com/article/1174671-what-do-stevia-first-and-arena-pharmaceuticals-have-in-common

It appears to be PCRTF. Sunny Verghese is the man.

Mr Verghese has won several awards including Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Singapore in 2008 and most recently Best CEO of the Year 2011 at the Singapore Corporate Awards. He was also awarded the Public Service Medal by the Government of the Republic of Singapore in 2010.
