Is my $450,000 pension safe in a money market low risk from upcoming market collapse and if not what are your suggestions of help for me as I do not want to lose what I have,thanks

As long as prices are stable or falling (no inflation), you are about as safe as it gets.
If there is deflation you’ll be a big winner with gobs more purchasing power on the cash.
I don’t know if the current yield on even good “safe” dividend stocks outweigh the risk…
personally I look more for capital appreciation right now than dividends in the stocks I buy…

If you are inclined to invest in stocks I’d recommend going long on a few you like and selling covered calls. Your return will be better than money market.
