TVA is flogging a formula that tells the ’True Value’ of a stock using only the current market price and a mysterious quantity called CPB. The reported performance is similar to last Summer’s ’Golden Cross’. The formula reduces to TV = Current market price *2/CBP and the most popular values of CBP are 0.83 and 1.06. {The formula in the text is TV = Current price*[ 1 + (2 – CBP)/CBP] }.
Any ideas what CBP means?

I think the letters in the TVA formula for True Value relating to the mysterious quantity
are CPB ( not CBP). It may be that this makes no difference. I also would like to know the mysterious quantum.
Quite possible. I had closed the pitch before I started this thread so may well have mis-remembered the code letters.
