What is Et-73, and what small biotech company is about to go IPO, that controls it?

A small Biotech company claims that they synthesized the blood from a fish. The result is a compound produced that cures many types of cancer more effectively then present day procedures. This compound is called ET-47. The company is in trial level 3 and awaiting FDA approval. The biotech plans on issuing an IPO stock this year. There is away of purchasing this stock before it’s released to the market. The Money morning newsletter – Radical Technology Profits provides initial information but you have to signup for $1900 to get the complete data.
Can anyone provide information as to biotech name and how to buy their stocks before they issue their IPO.
Right. Ever notice how everything at MONDAY MORNING costs $1950 ? They’re CREEPY.
Yes, they are! once they got your money – like a dog bitting’s the DONE.
PHMMF ET-743 Trabectedin Pharma Mar Janssen Pharma
Me neither. I am trying to find the reliable source about ET-73 but there’s nowhere to be found.

Larry – You probably have a better chance of making money by buying $245 worth of lottery tickets. Similar videos have been circulating for months.
Convincing video. In fact, too convincing. Just think about it.
1. Pre-IPO for regular non-qualifying investors?
2. Only 400 positions available, so invest now?
3. Other videos circulating with different authors but similar products with
same ET- but different numbers? Same $245 per unit price?
4. Special bank account created?
5. Just happened to be scuba diving in the Caribbean and decided to
take just one of the hundreds of colorful fish home with him to do
cancer research?
These are just a few “red flags” to consider before throwing you money away.
Two companies pop up right away, PharMar and Johnson & Johnson. Clearly, J&J is not an IPO candidate. Don’t know about PharMar. But, I think John William’s comments are most introspective in this case.
Correction: PharmaMar
I am an unexperienced investor but I do read a lot. How can I get in on the ground floor with the ET-73 YONDELIS investent with out having to buy any of the advertised products.
Michael Robinson Is part of a group called Monday Morning which promotes hundreds of great plans to get you RICH. and Each plan happens to cost you $1950.00 to peek at them. But guess who is making the money on all these plans ???
Money morning is raking in the money and everyone else loses. Stay away from them
Please don’t underestimate the power of cancer cell. No single drug will capture this disease. We have not discovered a convincing biomarker for different cancers. There is not a technology for selection of patients for chemotherapy.
Nevertheless, I wish you best of luck.
Could it be
PharmaMar?
Hate to seem unintelligent but my best guess on this is a company call Pharmacy Mar said to be merging with another company Zeltia. What I don’t understand is why would I buy through Michael Robinson when I could buy PHMMF through Scottrade?
Has Travis weighed in yet on this please?
Not recently. I think I commented when this was first teased as an “imminent” IPO (last year, maybe? Would have to check the timing). Don’t know the science or the drug’s prospects, but the notion of a private placement or special prospectus deal pre-IPO is basically silly unless the newsletter is somehow getting a great deal for investors (unlikely), since the stock already traded on a liquid foreign exchange.
Thank you Travis. That was my question. Why wouldn’t I just buy the stock on another exchange if I wanted in.
Name of company developing ET-73
https://www.pharmamar.com – check out the Senior Management and see if any folks (like the Managing Director for Oncology) show up in the Robinson tout ๐
plenty of Pharma Mar videos on You Tube, as well
Investigating natural sea-borne compounds is their business line, hence the name of the company Pharma as in Pharmacy , Mar as in “the sea”
from:
http://www.edisoninvestmentresearch.com/research/report/pharmamar/preview/
“The former Zeltia Group has restructured to reposition the company as primarily a pharmaceutical business ahead of a potential US IPO in H216. The new structure was achieved by a reverse merger whereby the oncology division PharmaMar absorbed the former parent company Zeltia, with one PharmaMar share exchanged for each Zeltia share. A US listing could strengthen the companyโs financial position, and potentially enable the group to expand its US operations.”
Has anyone found out what the company’s name is? How does one get in before the IPO, if possible?
