I started yesterday to look at the latest teaser ad from Keith Fitz-Gerald and his Money Map Report — the basic theme of this ad is that the sovereign wealth funds have tons of cash, and Keith thinks he can predict where that money will go.
He teased three companies in that ad — the first one we looked at yesterday was Precision Drilling Trust (PDS), a Canadian income trust that operates as a contract driller and oilfield services company. You can see that article here if you missed it.

This one comes in from the folks at the Oxford Club, as a tease for their Money Map Report newsletter. It’s a bit different in terms of the marketing offer, since technically they’re trying to sell you a special report about agribusiness, and then you get a “free” subscription to Money Map Report if you buy this special report for $79.
Perhaps you’d like to buy that report — $79 seems a bit steep to me, you could buy a lot of excellent investing books for that money and probably learn more, but those books won’t likely have those specific stock ideas that the Oxfordies have for us here.

Several of you have undoubtedly seen this email come across your screens in the last week or two, it’s been in pretty heavy rotation as far as I can see.
And it’s an ad for just the kind of investments many folks are looking for these days: foreign “blue chip” stocks. The newsletter being teased here is the Money Map VIP Trader, which apparently is worth $3,400 a year but is currently “on sale” for $995.
