I saw the pre-announcement yesterday and ignored it, saw the announcement this morning and wasn't impressed. I guess/hope the 'magic' is gone.

Here is the latest update from Lebed….Noticed he quoted the intra-day high and not the closing price….
Origin Agritech Limited (SEED) was the biggest percentage gainer on the NASDAQ today and hit a new 52-week high of $10.58 up 454% since I announced it as my stock-to-watch with a speculative rating of 2, my second highest level of confidence, on December 7th at $1.91! SEED traded record volume of over 44.1 million shares!
Agria Corporation (GRO) hit a new 52-week high today of $4.53 up 175% since I announced it as my stock-to-watch with a speculative rating of 1, my highest level of confidence, on May 18th at $1.65!
Wind Works Power Corp (WWPW), which I announced on November 12th at $0.94 as my new huge wind energy pick, finished today at $1.21 and hit a high earlier in the day of $1.23 on strong volume of 691,228!
DGP, the double-long gold ETN, hit a new 52-week high today of $30.66 up 141% since I announced it as one of my top 10 picks for the next 4 years on November 3rd, 2008, at $12.70!
I started telling you in May of 2008 that you should put 75% of your portfolio into DGP and I am guessing that DGP has outperformed over 95% of all stocks since then!
iShares Silver Trust (SLV) hit a new 52-week high today of $18.61 up 93% since I announced it as one of my top 10 picks for the next 4 years on November 3rd, 2008, at $9.62!
Silver Wheaton Corp (SLW) hit a new 52-week high today of $16.72 up 352% since I announced it as one of my top 10 picks for the next 4 years on November 3rd, 2008, at $3.70!
Hecla Mining (HL) hit a new 52-week high today of $6.77 up 183% since I announced it as one of my top 10 picks for the next 4 years on November 3rd, 2008, at $2.39!

I haven't been following Lebed all that much. Did he really called out all the above stocks at their zenith? If so, wouldn't you say that he is really good?

SEED is trading at 10.77 now (7:15 PM)….
I sold early today expecting the rally to run out of steam…I'm still kicking myself. 
BTW, today's volume was huge…45,438,271 (and rising) compared to an average 150,000.

I think Lebed is pretty good. But we'd need to see the non-performers too. There must be some of them, but of course he never mentions them. Bad for his pump business.
I considered buying SEED at around $9.50 today, but figured I was way too late. Not.
Spreadtrader recommended SEED back in June at $3.80 or so…I hope he was in it.

How much did SEED opened this morning? Seeking alpha reported yesterday a huge vol-775X usual.

Open interest in the December 10 calls is huge…25,632! The last trade was 1.20, probably heading higher…
(BTW, 10.00 is the highest strike for SEED options.)
Nearly 2 million shares traded before the open…
Fibonacci says this SEED will retrace…it might take awhile.

I subscribed briefly to his free email. Typically it came to late to make it worthwhile but it did give me a view of the activity of his picks. Every one had block purchases the day before his email went out and block sales the same day — evidently his. Some of his picks went up, then came back to earth; some never moved. I never saw one hold the increase. That's not to say they didn't — just that I didn't see it. Pump and dump at its worst.

 The magic is gone…Lebed recommended SVM at 11:20 AM but his rec hasn't affected the stock. SVM is trading closer to the days low than its high and volume is average.
No one's listening.
