They must think that you will consider that the time it takes to read it is an "investment"; and since nobody wants to "waste" a precious asset (time) the only logical course of action after expending such effort and resources on the reading "project"…………..is to sign up. ……………LOL.

Mystery Solved: "Turbo caps" are simply stock options.
Proof: In Taipan's hype they have a sidebar in which Robert Kiyosaki says "[Turbo Caps] are the investment of the rich". Google Robert Kiyosaki and "investment of the rich" and you will see that that quote is about stock options.
Also, go to Taipan's web site for Velocity Trader and you will see that it is simply a new name for their Death Cross Trader, which is an options trading newsletter.
