I signed up for Biotech Breakthrough Report. The teaser suggests that there will be a buy and sell recommendation.

When I received the reports, there were several picks, each one of them said they are “radar screen”.

I e-mailed the company to ask if that means it’s a recommendation to buy, I was told it is too complicated to answer and that I need to call.

When I called, the person who answered said she doesn’t know what I’m talking about, she’s not heard of “radar screen”. She said the writers do not answer personal questions and offered no other assistance. I insisted that I think I have a right to know what their terminology means so that I can use their newsletter better.

Needless to say, I cancelled my subscription.

Please People … any positive review you may read on Jason Bond Picks is from a commission earning affiliate … Read the “Disclaimer” for Jason Bond Picks or affiliated companies … if you will read it you will see they don’t have to do “anything” for you … the “Disclaimer” is written in legaleze to protect them from bank “chargebacks” and lawsuits.

For those of you too busy to read the full disclosure I quote some information they provide to protect themselves: …

“individuals should assume all information provided on our website or in our newsletter is not trustworthy”

“we are not licensed or qualified to provide investment advice”

“facts stated in testimonials have not been independently audited or verified. Nor has there been any attempt to determine if the experiences are representative of persons who have actually used the methods described”

Think about it … if this were a legitimate advisory service with a good track record wouldn’t they want you to do a 30 day test of it at a low cost to evaluate and decide if you wanted an expensive longer servicing?

The reason they don’t do a trial subscription but instead want large money up front is that they know that for 98% of their subscribers the Jason Bond Picks service will be an unsatisfactory consumer experience. It is a service that is sold on hype and not on a verifiable track
