Changewave.com is the worst newsletter for option recommendations. The author of this was consistenly wrong on the market yet he maintained his highly agreesive PUT positions during the huge run up begining in March of 2009. This newsletter costed myself and many other investors. This newseltter is a bear in all market conditions. You will lose big if you follow the advice of changewave.com and probably anything else put out by investor place media, which is changewave’s parent company.
I purchased this newsletter back around April 2009.
In looking over their history of some 31 option plays (between Oct 2008 to May 2009), every one had lost money. Not one made a profit. 12 of the 31 had lost over 90% of the investment.
And this was when the market was dropping significantly!
I called up their Customer Service and got a refund.
Then the Customer Rep guy ask me why I was dropping the service!!
Subscribed to his newsletter a year ago and just observed most of his picks and played a few which lost money for me overall. He focuses on company fundamentals rather than technicals or charting. What he says seems to make sense, but the stocks never sink as quickly the way he says it will. I still see some of his free articles here and there, so you should follow those picks before you waste $. If u want to short, it’s easy to pick yr own losers.
