Richard Fisher – Leakedstocks.com

Ok, I know you have seen them, those advertisements on yahoo and google claiming things like “The Company that has Bill Gates Scared”. Well all of those send you to leakedstocks.com where Richard Fisher tells you he runs a stock newsletter that costs $12,000 a year but sign up and he will send you the next four picks for free.

Well, I signed up, and about a week later an e-mail came to my inbox telling me to buy MTCH.OB that week. I decided, what the heck and dropped about 1,500 in the pick on a Tuesday….tried to get in on Monday but it didn’t hit the price I had set. Well, I watched it go up for the next two days and then sold on Friday for a 17% gain. not bad at all, but if I hadn’t been watching I would have let it sit as he predicted it would triple in price or he would quit picking stocks.

It didn’t triple, I was reading daily on the stock and posters were quick to link articles about their management team, which had run a lot of pump and dump companies over the last decade. I used caution and took the small gain…glad I did as it crashed the next week and now sits around .23, lower than what I bought it at the week prior.

Also, if you read the fine print of his e-mail….he was paid $250,000 by a third party to promote MTCH.OB. Not what you like to see. Anyway, I was still trying to understand how he does what he does so I signed up my wife’s email account and a friend’s e-mail about 2 weeks after I did.

This is where it gets interesting, the next stock pick is being announced but I noticed in my first account the e-mail came that the stock would be announced Oct 6, then at the same time the e-mail came to my wife’s account and said Oct 7. My friends account also had Oct 7.

So what is Richard Fisher doing? As you sign up, you are grouped into a distribution list and then he layers his “stock pick” over the course of 1 to 2 weeks to these lists,, each one thinking they got the “hot” pick that day. There were 8 “hot” days of MTCH.OB trading so you would think that people received the e-mail at least over a 5 day period, of course the stock “dumped” after people quickly got out.

I am assuming what he is doing is legal, as it is just a stock “pick” not a bonafide analyst BUT it is very fishy. He never says that he trades the stock, he just says that he is paid to promote the stock. This next one also came with a promise that if it didn’t triple in price, he would quit as a stock picker…..I highly doubt it.

Also, his pitch and fine print are identical to a guy that did the same thing about a year ago, inboxstocks.com but if you try to sign up on that page now, it errors out. Maybe the same guy using a different name and website.

Does anyone else have experience with this? If so, please post here or e-mail me directly.

I plan to see how the next pick shakes out and I will historically look at the volume of the pick to determine where I am in the “grouping” of lists.

More to come but I have found no other blog on the Internet fully analyzing leakedstocks.com or Richard Fisher. Please tell others and e-mail this link it if is useful to you.

I would like to contact the proper legal web-site watchdog group to cancel, bann, or restrict Richard Fisher from his bait and switch registration tactic by providing a news story you might be interested in, but when you click on it, it takes you to the Leakedstock.com scam and automatically registers you for his tips that you might not want. Not to mention he provides a dummy Opt-Out e-mail address that doesn’t work. Please help me, or let me know how we can STOP Richard Fisher.

This is a pure scam, period. The stock picker
would not use the real name and makes a lot of
dubious disclaimers – in small print.
Do not fall prey to this scam.

There is no customer support in this case. This is scam
service, a pure pump and dump scheme. Better avoid.

I’d rather not give any stars to this scam, but I gave 1s across the board to at least show an effort to rate it…

I was curious to see how Richard Fisher’s approach worked, so I read the teaser e-mail (…people pay $12k to subscribe!…), signed up for a “free trial”, got the name of the next pick, and bought a small amount to see what would happen. The stock pick was Blackhawk (BHWX), a lithium mining company, and got a flurry of e-mails guaranteeing the stock would “triple in 5 days or I will retire as a stock picker.” The stock did indeed grow by over 50% within a day, but then steadily retreated. For the first 2 days I received update e-mails touting the incredible stock price appreciation, with promised that “this is just the beginning”. However, by day 3 or 4 the stock wasn’t moving and I got a new e-mail from Richard saying that he still believed the stock would triple, but that it would now take 10 days; therefore, he was adjusting his “promise”. For 1 or 2 days after that I got additional e-mails touting the stock and reiterating his “guarantee” that the stock would triple within 10 days (no mention of the fact that he had unilaterally changed the guarantee from 5 days).

Well, a week or so later the stock is now down from the initial price following the initial “recommendation”, the e-mails from Richard have stopped, I have unsubscribed from Richard Fisher’s scam service, and I have experienced a classic “pump and dump” scam from the inside.

As others have noted, there is a small print disclaimer with Fisher’s e-mail that notes he was paid quite a bit of money to market the stock, and that neither he nor anyone associated with him is in any way qualified to recommend or trade stocks.

In short, not only is Fisher (or whatever his real name is) a crook, but any company that pays money to be represented by his service is clearly ethically challenged as well. Needless to say, I wish nothing but economic misfortune on Blackhawk and any other company that paid shareholder money to perpetuate this type of scam.

Fisher is a crook, out and out.

He touted Black Hawk on the 23 of October, saying it would triple in three days or he will quit. He said it would open at 140. I bought. It opened at 1.5753 and promptly dived. I am here because I have just received this –

“Congrats to all who profited on last week’s stock pick.

The stock rocketed up high, and is continuing to forge upwards all this week.

But…

This is a quick email to let you know…

Yesterday I stumbled upon what looks like another remarkable
penny stock. etc. ”

Now, I don’t happen to like lying shiesters, so I wrote:

“What are you talking about, you pig? Your pick dived from the word go, and you know it. If they find you and break your legs, you have only yourself to blame.

Thanks for nothing, you crook. ”

Unfortunately, his email does not receive, but he might read it here. He belongs in jail, and if I can help in any way to send him there, let me know. I have copied and kept his emails as evidence.

I think his racket is to collapse a stock, then buy it at rock bottom and double or triple his own money in a day or too.

Jail for him, not stars.

Rating should be below zero! What a scam Richard Fisher is. I sent a complaint to FINRA and SEC. Maybe if they get enough, they will do something. I should have read the disclaimer more closely before buying. He could have easily retired after receiving $3,500,000 for recommending the stock. His emails stopped regarding BHWX but he was at it again this week with another recommendation. When I replied that he was a fraud, I didn’t receive any more emails.

I reiterate what NA said about BWHX. Once the stock didn’t perform the way he said it would, then the ‘personal’ emails stopped. But now I see advertisements for the stock, touting how well it will perform and that it is not too late to buy it, within streetauthority.com emails. Well if he said he would retire from stock picking, then why didn’t he send us all an email saying so, instead of another email starting this scam all over again. Sigh!

I cashed in half of my porfolio where through the entire down turn I had been up 1000% by following my own research. I decided to gamble and buy in. However I didn’t initially buy BHWX because I was unable to login to my CPU due to my type of work. I watched an knew that Fisher was talking about AMLM American Lithium, but it crashed along with BHWX, so I took my first hit with AMLM so when I got back to my CPU I sold it and bought BHWX. This was even a bigger mistake because it plummeted and plummeted to the point of no return. I lost 50% of my porfolio hoping the stock would rebound.

WE’VE BEEN HOODWINKED, BY A REAL SHIASTER. Fisher continued to send emails; first acknowledged the 16% hit that the investors had not even began and would be about 10 days. The 10 days have come and gone. After considerable loss he exuberantly claimed the stock had been rising and hoped everyone enjoyed their stocks gains. GO FIGURE, WHAT A SCAM!

A total sham!! this guy operates multiple websites & names and he just keeps closing the older ones when enough people find out. Another one which I strongly believe is run by him/them is contrarianpicks.com. Stay away and protect your hard earned money.

I don’t know if Richard Fisher even exists, or of he is honest & just made a mistake with his recent pick of BHWX. I bit & wish I hadn’t, but a reminder to be cautious & take responsibility for your own screw-ups.

I am thinking of taking a new position in that pick @ roughly 1/3 of its price when he reco’d it several weeks ago.

Anybody have intelligent thoughts on “Mr. Fisher” or on what appeared to be an interesting play in BHWX?

I don’t need to say anymore about this crook.
People have said enough. Now, what can we do about
it and what can we do for other people? This
crook continues to use other names and websites
for the same kind of scam. For example, the ad
that starts with “the stock that terrifies Bill
Gates…” is from the same person (or company).
They use almost the exact words (word by word,
seriously, I checked) in the disclaimer section
(in small print, of course).
Can anyone start a class action agaist this guy?
Maybe we can recover some of the money lost?

I said in my post of Nov. 10 that I stopped receiving emails from Richard Fisher after I emailed him that he was a fraud. But I have begun receiving them again. He is pushing another stock and saying he will retire if it doesn’t triple in 14 days. I urge all of you to report this to FINRA.

I would rate him a zero, and that includes as a person. I use to raise money for small cap and OTC and pink sheet companies years ago when Reg S was different. Back then a company could raise money at the beginning of a quarter and not tell their other stock holders until the investor (which would be outside the country) already had a chance to begin to offload their shares. They would sometimes short the stock, also, because they knew once the original stock holders got wind of an equity (or debt) investment that their shares would be worth less. THe SEC closed this loophole so what you are seeing now is this type of advertisement which I believe is at least misleading. When I looked at BHWX it looks like it went public in October – (when you look at historical pricing there are no figures before the 9th, although SEC quarterly reports go back to Oct 08) – just when Fisher touted it as a stock pick. You will also notice that they announced an Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement, Unregistered Sale of Equity Make sure you read that. I do not know for sure, but if they are hiring this firm just to raise the stock price to get their capital at others expense, if this is only unethical. It is possible the SEC would like to know what BHWX knows about this type of misleading advertising. And of course this is my opinion and 2 cents

I think that the way this crook, Richard Fisher, makes money is this: step 1 – he identifes a stock as his potential tool; step 2 – he chooses a date of his pick; step 3 – he gets as many small investors’ attention as possible (every one would be ready to become his victim) by telling you that on such a date you will receive his pick; step 4 – he then buys a bunch of the stock right before he makes the announcement; step 5 – when you all buying his pick (which pushes his pick up quickly), he then sells all his stocks by the end of the day of his announcement.

I’m sure that the real person of the fake “Richard Fisher” will go to hell after his long jail time!!

I’m writing about Richard Fisher. I bought BHWX per his reco at $1.65. It is now at around .63 cents. So I bought right when it started coming back down. I’m still holding it. But he is an absolute fraud. How do we stop him?
