Bill Poulos has been touting his OPTION INCOME ENGINE software for some time. earlier today he opened the program to limited number of new subscribers. Cost $997 for a year (60 day money back guarantee trial). As I understand the software anylizes stocks and ETFs and come up with best option trades. he states 70% probability of winners.
This is a brand new program, so no history of performance. What I like to know is that he has other programs including, I think one on one coaching. Does any one have experience with his programs and any thoughts on this new software. Link:

I just got a “webinar” for his Options Income Advisory Service at $1,997. Similar weekly options program as discussed below. Anyone have any good experience with these programs? Seems that he likes to rerun a lot of his material. Would be nice to hear that somebody actually makes money with this guy.
Stay away from this guy. I have subscribed to his weekly options income and lost about $2,000. Not that bad, but I also subscribed to his Options Income Engine. This is a real joke and I took a bath. I did 172 trades suggested by this service. 61% were losers. My net P/L in this service was over a $40,000 loss. I kept writing and complaining to them, but received no help. They just suggested that I not make as many trades. I was following all of their rules and made relatively small investments on each trade. They would come out with as many as 8 to 10 trades every night and the vast majority were losers. At least I only tried about 20% of their suggested trades. Stay away from Bill’s Option Income Engine. A slot machine would produce better results.
You have to do an additional TA to ensure you agree with his recommendation, the most stupid things to do is just blindly follow ppl recommendation, you have do your own analysis to confirm you favor the recommendation before you vested in.
Even his Options Income Engine, you have to know a bit of how stock breakout and pull back TA chart pattern, for this service, buy call or buy put, you need to understand how to fight against time decay and also setting stop loss + monitoring daily closing candle to ensure to exit with minimum loss if the price trend move against your trade.
And yes, buy options if you price trend is right you will have big winner, and you are looking at the winning rate of 6 out of 10 trades so you winning profit can cover the losses of remaining 4 trades and still make a fortune.
The guy is paying good money for the service. Shouldn’t Poulous do all that TA work? Besides, most TA (candlesticks, chart patterns, indicators, etc.) has no real edge anyway. Check out Adam Grimes and others who have actually done studies on it.
MKT,
Nobody care about your money more than yourself, i dont think Poulos is god, so will you risk your own capital of 1k, 10k, 100k on his hand without asking a single question? hope you get my point.
We always have to do a 2nd or 3rd level analysis to confirm you agree with his recommendation before you enter your trade, do you agree?
I recently paid for his weekly options alert service for $1997 for 2 years subscription. Tried out the Oct, my winning trade has been 100% so far, but his weekly trade recommendation is not 100% , you need to a little bit more of Technical Analysis, latest news on the stock, evaluating the strike price he is recommending, open interest before you enter the trade, with further analysis work on his recommendation, i managed to skip a few stock that end up a loss / being assigned. Hope this help
