When I got involved with OptionsANIMAL it was called Spread Trade Systems. After one of their founders, Fasi Filiaga, went to prison for running a ponzi scheme, Greg Jensen changed their name to OptionsANIMAL. Although I don’t believe Options animal is a ponzi scheme I do believe they prey on people who are desperate for a solution to grow their accounts. Using deceitful tactics and extremely pushy sales I believe the way in which they operate IS EXTREMELY FRAUDULENT. Here’s my experience… Paying $6,000 was hard to stomach but they convinced me to put the money on my credit card… Read more »

Dear Valerie, We are sincerely disappointed to hear about your dissatisfaction. We pride ourselves in having helped thousands of people to become successful traders. We sincerely hope that we can help you find some satisfaction. We need to clarify a few issues. Thirteen years ago, you joined Spread Trade Systems, which is a completely different company than OA. When STS stopped providing you education, we offered you a free life-time membership with OA. There was no legal obligation to do that. It was done because we sincerely care about people like you. There are hundreds of people who appreciated that… Read more »

I’ll keep this short and sweet. #1 – It seems like you all are magicians though, without knowing all of my information and just knowing my first name, being able to tell that I had only completed levels 1-3 and then Mike in an earlier review only completing level 1. The truth is is that I completed all 7 levels when you were Spread Trade Systems and then I went through all 8 levels when you changed your name to Options Animal. #2 – I should be shocked but not surprised that this comment was made by the “OA Management:… Read more »

I joined Options Animal as they claimed to teach you how to adjust losing trades into winners. I don’t believe it is a scam, but their claims can be misleading. Options Animal is an extensive education in Options. You will learn all of the aspects of how options work and different strategies. Unfortunately, knowing the ins and outs of options does not equate to being able to use them profitably. There is no secret strategy for adjusting a trade gone bad. You need to simply add more risk or expose more capital and hope that guess correct on the direction… Read more »

It was not worth the money. I had to get my money back.

Was it easy to get your money back? I didn’t know they had a price back guarantee?

I signed up for a lifetime memership at a price 0f $6,500. They offer a money back guarantee if you are unhappy and promise to deduct only a processing fee of $500. I tried hard to learn their system but it did not work. I even attended a seminar they held in Atlanta in September. I found that a lot of old retired guys were there. They had not learned either. I am trying to get my money back and they are just stalling. I had to file a complaint with the CFTC. Do not fall for this scam!

Mike never went through level 1 of the OptionsANIMAL course. He did not pay $6,500 for a lifetime membership. That was a 1 year membership at the time. Mike attended 20 minutes of a live event in Atlanta and then complained about the parking fee and left. Talk to our clients that have actually used the program. They are raving fans.

I discovered that this is an expensive scam. The teachers have no proven record in trading Options. When you sign in they offer a money back guarantee, but then try to Welch on the guarantee . I have filed a complaint with the CFTC to get back my $6,500.

Sorry folks, but these comments are unfair to OptionsANIMAL. First of all, please remember that Mike hasn’t gone through the OptionsANIMAL course. Secondly, Mike saying that the instructors don’t have a proven record in trading options is also false. They share trades as educational tools with clients over the past 9 1/2 years and have won on 90% of their trades, and all of the OptionsANIMAL clients know it and can back the instructors up on this. Sorry, but these posts from Mike are not accurate. OptionsANIMAL is the leader in options education and will be for a long time.… Read more »

Im wanting my money back too. Ive just started the process. I paid 9k. I went through all the classes multiple times. I dont know who Mike or Casey is but my experience has been that i was sold a sham. When the trade alerts come out you have to find them on the website which isnt easy to navigate then place the trades. By time you get the “Oh i closed this for X profit” the trade is gone or its after trading hours. If its too good to be true, grandma was right, it is. Now getting the… Read more »

I bought a lifetime membership to Options Animal. At the time it was called Spreadtrade Systems. They give an incredible education for a pretty penny, $10 K at the time, although one of my friends got it for less a few months later. I took most of the classes, but started trading before finishing. A big mistake! These guys know what they are doing. I didn’t and I paid for it. They are conservative, but if someone sticks with their education, you can get the same kind of long-term success. I still listen to their weekly updates, which always give… Read more »
