Do not count on them to let you discontinue your subscription. They are still charging me 4 months after I requested to cancel account. They promised to refund my account but it never happened. I had to suspend my credit card so they cannot charge me again

I gave Private Briefing a middle of the road rating because it is one of Stansberry’s horses. Otherwise I would have given it four and one half stars. For $4 a month (first year only), a guy really can’t go wrong with their stock selections. I happen to have made money off one of their picks by playing one of its options. Overall this NL is interesting and well worth the read. I like both Patalone and Galani. The other cast of characters also make interesting reading and sometimes when the editor of Radical Change contributes an article it is almost always worth the read.
But, three stars because they still hype the hell out of Stansberry’s other overpriced and overhyped publications. That is as honest as I can be.

I’ve been a subscriber for about a year and have been happy with the results. For $5 a month they give you ideas that are generated by their other expensive services. The picks are fairly numerous so you need to do some homework but so far it’s been great! Like others have mentioned, they constantly push the other expensive services (Gieger Index, Money Map, Kent Moors, etc) but it’s easy to ignore them. I find it much better that say Oxford, which consistently puts you in those crappy half hour informercials. Hey, for roughly $60 year they dig up stocks I wouldn’t find and as I said, so far, it’s paid off.

At $8 per month (It’s gone up since I started, I think) you are getting great advice. NOt the best there is but, for many letters, “you get what you pay for” would be nice.

But this one you get more than you pay for.

I’ve subscribed for about 2 years at 7.95 per month. They’ve had some good picks but I tire of the constant repetition of how well some picks did, while others seem to have fallen into a black hole as nothing is ever said about them again. I guess their occasional success has gone to their heads as they want $19.90 per month now. Not a good value at that price. Did not renew. Would consider at $7.95 again.

Just looking for something current on this newsletter which was touted to me for $39.95 for one year. A couple of reviewers said it was a bargain at $8.00/month so I guess I’ll give it a try at $3.33/month ($39.95/year). Those who dropped it when the price rose might want to give it another look.

hi Suzanne,
I am looking into joining… just curious if you decided to give the newsletter a try and if it has been worth it for you?

So did any one get the Hyped “Front Runners” picks, is this a one time publication or do you get regular updated picks? Is this a new thing or something he has had out for a while?

I have been a subscriber for a number of years. While some of the advice is top notch, the most disturbing thing in all of the newsletters is the excessive “hype” to promote a particular position or situation. I don’t need it. I don’t want it and the hype has caused me to cancel most of the newsletters. Once around the track is more than enough for me!
Sorry, but when they start writing succinct newsletters with basic information, I might return. Not until.

Nothing is perfect. However, I have made money on their picks: NVDA, BABA, MU.

It is interesting reading. I like most of his writings. Most of their calls have been good, but this is a very long bull market, so almost anything has gone up. I will still hold my subscription for some time and check results when things turn for the worse.

I get so much emails from this publisher, money map press; that is hard to keep track of. I just got dinged for 99.00 on my credit card a few days for private briefing. I looked on my credit card statement and it said private briefing and it said
recurring Y. In other words, they plan to ding my card monthly. I have had that happen before. I simply lose my credit card report it as stolen and bank closes account. I am going to contact these clowns and tell them to put their stock pick letters where the sun doesnot shine. They have sent emails from agora and oxford publishing with marketing pitches
They all say the same thing more or less. I have gotten better information on my own research. Who wants to read marketing pitches with a little bit of stock pick info; posing as newsletters. Be wary, of any stock letters, mostly copy righting with a smidgen of pertinent info

I started a subscription to the Energy Advantage report initially and then added Private Briefing. I subscribed to a lifetime membership about a year later (approx $700 at the time) that included the Private Briefing, the Money Map Report, Nova X Report and Energy Advantage. Then they added Fast Fortune Club and 10 Minute Millionaire Insider at no extra charge (I think it is called the Passport Club). I have not done well with the Energy Advantage picks but the Private Briefing and Nova X Reports have provided excellent picks and were well worth the lifetime membership. I was caught off guard with their annual “maintenance fee of $149” though. The price for these reports individually would be much, much more than the maintenance fee so I have kept up the lifetime membership.
I have to agree that they are very aggressive promoters and send far too many promotional emails but I just ignore those and log into the site to get the information I want. Works for me. I would give them 4 stars rating.
