I find it interesting that, in their September 2010 quarterly report (which is their most recent quarterly report), NovaDX says that the agreement with Sandstorm Metals and Energy gives Sandstorm the right to purchase 25% of the three mines’ production up to 950K tons met equivalent yet Sandstorm M&E, in their 2010 annual report, lists that tonnage at 3.8 million.

Just a minor note on your 2012 cash flow calculation for the Rosa mine; I get $2.8 million rather than $3.8 million:
    150,000 tons X 25% X $75/ton = $2.8 million

    Ah…that makes sense. Thanks Gumshoe!

Any catalyst to why this stock is being worked over right now? I’m seeing this as another buying opportunity.

Q: When I look up Sandstone Gold in TD Ameritrade I get 3 different ticker designations:
SNDX, SNXX, & SDXX which are quoted from ~$1/ share to ~$.03/share. What up with that?
    😉 al

is the main concern with Sandstorm metals is if Steel making falls of a cliff? Is this basically a play on China right now until they become more diversified?

    Thanks Gumshoe,
